Bedrooms & More offers great prices every day, but if you find a lower price from a retailer on the same product, let us know. We would like the opportunity to match the price to give you the best possible shopping experience.
An item may be eligible for price matching if it is:
- Identical: The product is the same size, model, SKU, quantity, brand, name and color.
- New & in-stock: The item must be new-in-box and available on the online retailer’s website and on our website at the time of the price match request.
- Sold by an authorized retailer, online or in-store.
- Priced & delivered in the same way. The product’s price (including delivery) must be less than our final price delivered to your home. Taxes are not included.
- Within 7 days of your purchase with us, if it’s now listed at a lower price.
Some exclusions apply. The following conditions may not qualify for a price match. If unsure, simply contact us first.
- Resale purchases and rain checks on items that aren’t currently in stock by the other retailer.
- Discounts applied in checkout.
- Third party sellers, auction prices or those requiring memberships.
- Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items (e.g., taxes, fees and shipping charges).
- Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, gift with purchase offers, offers that include financing.
- Purchases that require a minimum quantity.
- Items that other retailers have listed as clearance, floor models, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers.
- Damaged, blemished, used, open-box or refurbished items.
- Price or label errors.
- Prices as a result of pickup discounts.
- Taxes and services such as delivery, assembly and installation fees.
How to make a price match request:
- Send your price match request via email to customers@bedroomsandmore.com with a live link to the other retailer’s website that shows the lower price.
- Alternatively, you can visit us in-store and share with us the live link, or a physical copy of a flyer or advert.
- We will then review and verify the price match request.
- Requests will be processed after your item(s) are delivered and after the final total has been charged to the method of payment used on your order.
